Be mindful of what you put in your body. Especially for a product like tampons that stays inside you for hours. That's why, Carmesi tampons are made with 100% organic cotton, & nothing else.
  • Made with 100% Organic Cotton, AND NOTHING ELSE: Even though cotton is a natural fibre, some chemicals like fertilizers and pesticides still go into its harvesting. But not for Carmesi Tampons, as the name suggests, it is grown with 100% organic cotton. Which means that the cotton that makes these tampons is grown with the highest standards without the use of any pesticides, without being treated with bleach, formaldehyde, or any other toxic substances that can harm your body.
  • Naturally Soft and Rash-free: The vaginal area is so delicate that you risk introducing discomfort by using hard and rough conventional tampons. The Carmesi ones are naturally soft and lightweight to give a painless and rash-free period experience!
  • No Harmful Ingredients: Free from chlorine, dioxins, chemical additives and pesticides. Our tampons are FDA-approved and dermatologically tested to be completely safe on the skin.
  • Natural and Biodegradable: Our tampons are made of 100% Organic Cotton (including the absorbent core, cover and the cord of the tampon). They are completely natural and as a result mindful of the body and the environmental needs.

    100% Organic Cotton

    • Step 1. Wash Your Hands: Always wash your hands before touching a tampon as you don’t want to contaminate it and introduce bacteria inside your body.
    • Step 2. Peel off the Covering: Choose the tampon with appropriate absorbency and unroll the wrapper from the middle strip. Then, pull off the lower section of the wrapper. Each tampon is wrapped in a covering. Peel it off before use.
    • Step 3. Straighten the String: Unroll the string of the tampon fully from where it is coiled and ensure the ends of the strings are connected or tied. Push the index finger into the recess at the end of the tampon as you will be holding it when inserting.
    • Step 4. Insert It: Using another hand, remove the remaining upper section of wrapper from the tampon. Insert the tampon into the vagina. The easiest way to do that is when your body posture is relaxed. Push the tampon into the vagina with the upper rounded top, at an angle pointing towards your tailbone. It is correctly inserted when you cannot feel it anymore. If the tampon does not fill well, pull it out and insert a new one according to the instructions.
    • Step 5. Wash Your Hands: This is given. No one wants to walk around with bloody fingers, do they?
    • Step 6. Removal: Never wear a tampon for more than 8 hours. For removal, gently pull at the string till the tampon is completely out. Then, wrap it properly before disposing of it.
