- No Harmful Ingredients: Free from chlorine, dioxins, chemical additives and pesticides. Our tampons are FDA-approved and dermatologically tested to be completely safe on the skin.
-

100% Organic Cotton
- Step 1. Wash Your Hands: Always wash your hands before touching a tampon as you don’t want to contaminate it and introduce bacteria inside your body.
- Step 2. Peel off the Covering: Choose the tampon with appropriate absorbency and unroll the wrapper from the middle strip. Then, pull off the lower section of the wrapper. Each tampon is wrapped in a covering. Peel it off before use.
- Step 3. Straighten the String: Unroll the string of the tampon fully from where it is coiled and ensure the ends of the strings are connected or tied. Push the index finger into the recess at the end of the tampon as you will be holding it when inserting.
- Step 4. Insert It: Using another hand, remove the remaining upper section of wrapper from the tampon. Insert the tampon into the vagina. The easiest way to do that is when your body posture is relaxed. Push the tampon into the vagina with the upper rounded top, at an angle pointing towards your tailbone. It is correctly inserted when you cannot feel it anymore. If the tampon does not fill well, pull it out and insert a new one according to the instructions.
- Step 5. Wash Your Hands: This is given. No one wants to walk around with bloody fingers, do they?
- Step 6. Removal: Never wear a tampon for more than 8 hours. For removal, gently pull at the string till the tampon is completely out. Then, wrap it properly before disposing of it.
